Fabricating wire cloth to produce a quality end result in line with individual customer specifications requires both specialised equipment and expertise. G Bopp & Co complement the sheet material supply side of the business with an expert fabrications service which is now widely used by the process industry in the UK.

Using advanced plasma and laser cutting techniques as well as traditional methods, any shape of wire cloth can be cut and then joined with resistance, TIG and plasma welding, soldering or bonding. Bopp also offers a range of surface finishing technologies, including calendering as well as annealing/stress relieving.

Working from purpose-built premises in Derbyshire, Bopp offer assistance with design and materials specification, manufacturing prototypes and samples for approval and fabricating in accordance with the quality and performance criteria specified by individual customers.
