BOPP-SD

Precision woven wire cloth for screen printing

A comprehensive range of specially manufactured wire cloth for screen printing. Stainless steel precision wire, drawn in-house from carefully selected raw materials, are woven into mesh on modern looms by skilled weavers. Stringent specifications, covering all aspects from the raw material through to the final product, ensure the very best quality required by demanding screen printing application such as the electronics industry.

BOPP-SDC

Calendered Wire Cloth for Screen Printing

For extreme fine line high density printing applications, selecting a thinner mesh allows the screen printer to use a thicker film or emulsion coating, which can in turn improve edge definition of the print (particularly when printing resistors). BOPP's SDC range is a comprehensive selection of calendered wire cloth, developed specifically for screen printing applications. These guaranteed mesh thickness tolerances can only be achieved by using an extraordinarily stable calendering unit. Its total weight is ca. 30,000kgs, with the roll surfaces ground very precisely to achieve an accurate end result which does not affect the aperture size or open area of the mesh.

BOPP-SDS

Ultra-Thin High Strength Wire Cloth for Screen Printing

BOPP-SDS is an ultra-thin stainless steel wire cloth, extremely open and very strong. The exceptionally close and guaranteed mesh thickness tolerances are achieved by careful selection of raw materials, using special alloys, and employing the very latest advanced weaving techniques. High tensioning values allow a minimal off-contact distance, with increased precision of registration for extreme fine line high density printing. A comprehensive range of BOPP-SD stainless steel wire cloth is available world-wide for all screen printing needs. The table below shows the most popular specification.
